834. ファンクラブ年会費 入金口座変更のお知らせ

いつもFTISLANDを応援していただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、ファンクラブ年会費の振込先口座が変更となります。
2011年5月より、以前の口座が使用できなくなりますので、
下記に該当するお客様は、内容に沿ってお手続きください。
【現在準会員のお客様】
◆4月26日以降に準会員登録されたお客様
→「正会員登録のご案内」に記載されている口座宛にご入金ください。
◆4月25日以前に準会員登録されたお客様
・4月中に年会費をご入金される場合
→「正会員登録のご案内」に記載されている口座宛にご入金ください。
・5月以降に年会費をご入金される場合
→新しい年会費振込先口座をお知らせいたしますので、下記の通りご連絡ください。

→5月頭に再度メールにてご連絡いたしますので、そちらに記載されている口座宛にご入金ください。
◆正会員期限が6月以降のお客様
→正会員期限前月の頭に更新方法をメールにてご連絡いたしますので、内容に沿ってお手続きください。
◆正会員期限終了後6ヶ月以内で、継続をご希望の方
→氏名・以前の会員番号・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス・期限が終了した月を明記の上、
fc@ftisland.jpまでご連絡ください。
